"It’s been a long time since I worked out. Having Jessica as my personal trainer was definitely a life changer. She has gotten me to enjoy working out. She taught me so much about my form on working out, how to work out, and she was pushing me every step of the way. I never knew there was a form on the way someone runs. She got me on the treadmill and she critiqued (in a good way) on how I ran. To me it was mind-blowing. Now, when I’m on that treadmill, I hear her voice.
